• Dishes are served on platters and/or in soup tureens, according to the menu selection.
• All meat dishes are served with hot seasonal vegetables, potatoes or buckwheat, and a fresh salad.
  Catering order conditions:
• When making menu selections, please choose the same option for the entire group.
• We await your selections no later than 10 days before arrival.
• We can accommodate special diets if you inform us in advance along with your menu selection (at least one week prior!).
