The Klaara-Manni holiday home, or main building, can be rented for events for up to 25 people.

Across three floors, guests have access to:

• Ground floor: a party room and dining hall (seating capacity up to 35 people with tables), a seminar room, a kitchen
• In total, there are 7 rooms for accommodation, with beds for 14 people and the option for 5 extra beds.
• The holiday home has a toilet on every floor. Rooms Herta and Lilli have a private shower and toilet.
• The basement floor features the ‘House Sauna’ with a toilet and shower room, a fireplace lounge, and a billiards or snooker table.
• The house has 2 balconies and a spacious outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture.
