Surrounded by greenery, Klaara-Manni Recreation and Seminar Centre offers high-quality services for events with up to 150 participants in two buildings: Melanie Seminar and Party House and Laali Glass Pavilion. We welcome seminars and conferences, strategy days and training sessions, as well as summer retreats and corporate events.

All rooms feature spacious windows that provide natural light year-round. The green views from the windows also help your eyes rest from screen time.

We have paid extra attention to the chairs, which are softly upholstered and comfortable. We know from experience that a long day in a seminar chair shouldn’t break your back. And, befitting a modern digital environment, we guarantee fast WiFi and complimentary flavored water throughout the day!

We can accommodate up to 99 people. 25 rooms with all amenities (some with shared WC/shower facilities), a total of 60 beds and 39 extra beds. The resort also features a studio apartment and two- and three-bedroom apartments. All rooms feature modern solid wood furniture and openable windows, ensuring fresh forest air and birdsong are always at hand. 8 rooms are adapted for guests with mobility challenges (ramps, special equipment in rooms). The rooms are located 10-30 m from the conference buildings, allowing those who get tired first at evening parties to retire to a quiet sleep. The accommodation price always includes parking, bed linen, and final cleaning.

Catering. Klaara-Manni’s kitchen prepares healthy coffee and energy breaks using local ingredients, along with lunches and dinners based on traditional recipes. We are also familiar with dietary restrictions and veganism, ensuring both meat-eaters and those who prefer plant-based food are well-fed. We are also organic vegetable growers, and seasonally, our guests can see firsthand how the produce grows in the field and makes its way to the kitchen.

Additional services. In cooperation with local entrepreneurs and tour organizers, we offer various activities to break up intensive work. To diversify your seminar and clear your mind, groups can book nature activities, craft workshops, hunter’s tales, gastronomic workshops, and enjoyable musical sessions with local musicians.

Klaara-Manni Recreation and Seminar Centre is located in Tori, Pärnu County, quite centrally in Estonia – 1.5 hours from Tallinn, 2 hours from Tartu, 30 minutes from Pärnu, and 2.5 hours from Riga.
