Local raw materials and organic farming

Klaara-Manni’s kitchen is closely linked to our own garden. Our large plastic greenhouse and carefully cultivated fields provide most of the fresh ingredients we use in our daily cooking as well as for group catering.

Our own garden land

  • We grow tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs and much more.
  • We are also experimenting with more exotic plants to bring new flavours to the table.
  • During the summer, the raw ingredients come straight from the garden to the kitchen – fresh, whole and full of vitamins.

The riches of the basement

Our large ore-brick cellar safely stores all the preserves, jams and pickles made from the autumn harvest. Thanks to this, we can also offer home-made and earthy flavours in winter, which always keep the Klaara-Manni table rich.
