Training is an effective calorie burner and metabolism booster. By its nature, jumping is a flexible workout that doesn&#8217;t jar the joints, keeps the back and core strong, and improves coordination. Jumping\u00ae is beneficial for the heart and cardiovascular system, increases lung capacity and overall endurance, and has a calming effect on the nervous system.   <strong>Jumping Fitness is a technical workout that combines aerobic exercises with bodyweight strength training.<\/strong> Jumping is three times more effective than running. This is due to constant gravitational changes, which involve the simultaneous tension and relaxation of over 400 muscles. This is far more than with any other endurance sport. If you participate diligently, you will burn approximately 600 kcal in one workout.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Tori jumping workout is divided into four parts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Warm-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aerobic part <em>\/Jumping\/<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muscle exercises <em>\/Toning\/<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stretching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Coach <strong>Kadi Ruumet<\/strong> \u2013 licensed Jumping\u00ae Fitness <em>advanced<\/em> coach.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;I am a person who values cooperation, respect, and well-being. I am a professional gardener, a tourist with higher education, and a certified Jumping\u00aefitness <g id=\"gid_0\">advanced<\/g> instructor. In life, I rely on the thought: <em>\u2018Smile and the world smiles back at you \u2013 everything is possible!\u2019<\/em>  <\/p>\n\n<p>I give daily workouts during the summer season at Klaara-Manni Recreation and Seminar Center, and during the winter season at Paikuse Sports Center and Tori Sports Hall in P\u00e4rnu County. When structuring programs, I value the principle that WORKOUTS ARE FUN! Bring a good sense of humor, as my workouts always have 2 basic steps:<br\/>Basic \u2013 for the lower body<br\/>Smile \u2013 for the upper body. Super if it comes out with a vocal!<br\/>Therefore, the programs cannot be complicated or involve too many combinations. When conducting workouts, I consider technicality and the participants&#8217; engagement in the process \u2013 their movement and emotions \u2013 to be important.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Jumping fitness ignites passion in me, brings a positive vibe every single time, and keeps me toned.
