EHE Sauna Experience! Countrywoman’s Spa in Klaara-Manni’s Senni Sauna<\/h2>\n\n

Going to the sauna has been a refreshing activity for body and soul since ancient times. You can understand and enjoy this culture through authentic sauna experiences in Klaara-Manni’s authentic Estonian Senni sauna<\/strong>. The sauna’s wood-fired stove guarantees a true steam, you get washing water from barrels \u2013 both hot and cold \u2013 and washing takes place in traditional sauna tubs. The sauna bench can accommodate up to 15 bathers. <\/p>\n

For whisking, you can use or make your own herbal whisk<\/strong>: a linden, oak, rowan, or birch whisk. Always wear a sauna hat<\/strong>, and for refreshment, take a bucket shower! <\/p>\n\n

The Countrywoman’s Spa begins with a story from a wise man or woman<\/strong> about the power of plants and nature, and our own inner energy. Between steam sessions, we provide homemade bathing remedies<\/strong>: salt, honey, kefir.A delicious snack<\/strong> awaits at the door. <\/p>\n\n
