Music bass must be turned down by 12:00 AM (midnight).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Smoking is not permitted indoors at Klaara-Manni Recreation and Seminar Centre.<\/li>\n<li>Do not damage the landscaping or climb on it (including flower baskets, flowerbeds, and bushes).<\/li>\n<li>Littering is unacceptable. We particularly draw the attention of smokers to the disposal of cigarette butts (designated areas are provided for this \u2013 please do not dispose of butts in general waste to avoid potential fire hazards). <\/li>\n<li>Visitors are strictly <strong>FORBIDDEN to touch security system equipment<\/strong> (fire protection and alarm systems ATS) and to manipulate safety sensors (including smoke detectors).<\/li>\n<li>Should the event get out of control (e.g., excessively loud music, vandalism, or other disruptive and unmanageable activities), the hosts of Klaara-Manni reserve the right to immediately terminate the event, and no refund will be issued in such a case.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of damage to the building, facilities, interior, or landscaping, the client will compensate the costs based on the invoice provided by Klaara-Manni Recreation and Seminar Centre.<\/li>\n<li>The client or their representative is responsible for ensuring that all event participants are informed of the agreed-upon rules.<\/li>\n<li>Klaara-Manni Recreation and Seminar Centre is not responsible for any accidents resulting from non-compliance with the terms of use.<\/li>\n<li>Parents or guardians are responsible for minors present on the Klaara-Manni premises.<\/li>\n<li>The use of any <strong>open flames and fireworks is permitted only by prior arrangement<\/strong> with the hosts and in a designated area!<\/li>\n<li>If you are staying at Klaara-Manni and have not ordered catering, you must clean the dishes used by your group.
