Our large plastic greenhouse and carefully cultivated fields provide most of the fresh ingredients we use in our daily cooking as well as for group catering.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our own garden land<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We grow <strong>tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs<\/strong> and much more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are also experimenting with <strong>more exotic plants<\/strong> to bring new flavours to the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the summer, the raw ingredients come straight from the garden to the kitchen &#8211; fresh, whole and full of vitamins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The riches of the basement<\/h3>\n\n<p>Our large ore-brick cellar safely stores all the <strong>preserves, jams and pickles<\/strong> made from the autumn harvest.
